Creating a password for your account

Prerequisites

Before creating a password you must have:

  1. A SUPR account with a registered mobile phone number
  2. An approved project membership on a LUNARC resource
  3. An active LUNARC account — apply for one under the Accounts section of your SUPR profile once your project membership is approved

If you do not have a SUPR account or project membership yet, see Getting access to LUNARC resources on the LUNARC website.

Steps

1. Go to the password self-service portal

Password self-service portal

2. Identify yourself

Enter your email address. No existing password is required. The system will send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to the mobile phone registered in your SUPR profile.

3. Set your password

Enter the OTP when prompted and choose your new password. The change takes effect immediately.

Getting a 'Check your details to complete the login' error?

This usually means your LUNARC account has not been created yet. Verify that:

  • Your project membership in SUPR has been approved
  • You have applied for a LUNARC account under the Accounts section of your SUPR profile

Also setting up two-factor authentication?

Once your password is set, check that you have an active Pocket Pass token before trying to log in — you will need it.

Need further help?

If the portal does not work, call LUNARC support on +46 (0)46-222 4454 from your registered mobile phone. Additional questions will be asked to verify your identity.
